YUM! I was diagnosed with celiac in March 2021 and have been avoiding going out to eat. I went to Brim for dinner last night and it was delicious! All ingredients are GF and lots of DF options listed as well. I had the focaccia bread that’s from SIFT and I had the dill salmon bowl. When I spoke to the staff she said that the only gluten in house is the beer. I would double check the teas/NA drinks if you are GF/Celiac. 10/10 and plan to go back soon to try out their brunch!
