Review of Bristol Lounge

Regular menu is marked with symbols, which I prefer to having to ask for a separate menu. Food is refined upscale. Gluten free bread was offered to start with its own separate butter. I had a delicious dish of duck two ways. The kitchen initially plated my meal wrong, but the server replaced it before I even had a chance to take a bite and was effusive with her apologies and offered to send over a manager, which I declined because she was on it so quickly. A lovely dining experience. (Server was very knowledgeable and when I ordered GF she asked about preference vs need, so understood about cc risks.) Also— not related to GF experience, but the salad I ordered as a starter was MASSIVE! I had a decent amount and felt like I had barely made a dent. Don’t order by yourself unless you want what my dad referred to as a whole “botanic garden”!
