Brooklyn Pizza Masters

I’m not celiac but I get hives all over my body when I eat gluten. Even cross-contamination affects me severely. I’ve had their gf pizza many times with zero issues. It’s also delicious!!!

They have a number of cauliflower crust options, but when I asked if they use separate cooking tools/ovens for their non-GF and GF pizza, I was told that their oven heats to 600 degrees and burns off gluten.
