Terrible food!! I ordered H Tieu Special. Restaurant advertises as gluten free.I thought they would have cooked the soup but they just sent broth , bean sprouts and packets of spice to make your own. I ordered on Line.There were 2 cold shrimp and a couple of slices of thinly sliced chicken ( cold and processed). I didn’t see any pork belly, just some brown powder.There was a choice of carbs. I chose tapioca noodles, a big mess of noodles all stuck together. You could pick the whole mess up with a fork. I didn’t see the fried onions.

Inedible!! We eat and enjoy Korean food quite often. I thought this sounded to have healthy ingredients. It was terrible!

They do have a indications on the menu for what is gluten free. Don't do any of the beef or fish balls, ribs. (Definitely not the egg rolls) ask if nem nuong (glazed pork) is in the spring rolls (that has wheat) at any Vietnamese restaurant you go to. The staff isn't very knowledgeable about gluten. But I've been ok every time I go here. (No gluten exposure so far, cross your fingers)

Friendly and helpful in understanding the menu and designations for gluten free. We’re quick to tell me that there is no separate fryer.

Pho Phenomenal and fried tofu were delicious...broth had great flavor...hint of cinnamon. Everything very fresh and amble portions. We will be back!

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They have a gluten free menu as well. The portions are very generous and the food is amazing. I love this place.

GF items are clearly marked on the menu. Staff was knowledgeable. The broth was delicious. Zucchini noodles are an option instead of rice noodles. Vegan broth is available.
