THE best gluten free Tuna poke bowl I’ve ever had. And they make great gluten free ceasears too - hard to find Worcester sauce at restaraunt that is certified gluten free. Well done!!!

They do NOT have a dedicated fryer so the gf labelling on the menu is a bit misleading. There are still some things to eat that are ok though. I had the crispy chicken sandwich except with grilled chicken and lettuce wrapped. Pretty boring. There are more accomodating places than this. Service was mediocre.

My waitress said she had celiac disease and gave her recommendations. I had the potato crusted cod with a salad. It was amazing. I will definitely have this again. The menu also shows what is gluten sensitive.

I phoned before going there. I was advised they don't have a separate fryer or an area to safely prepare meals for celiacs. They have some gluten friendly meals only.

I spoke with Tina at this Sherwood Park location. They are one of 2 Canada locations (other is Camrose AB) with a celiac program. All servers and kitchen staff are trained and they go beyond a dedicated fryer and GF buns. They have GF batters and sauces like teriyaki. So much of the menu can be GF: burgers, crispy chicken sandwich, rice bowls, crispy cauliflower, nachos, fish tacos (corn tortilla) and so much more. Tina went though the entire menu and there were so many options (including brownie for dessert).

I wouldn't suggest eating here if you are celiac. They don't have a dedicated fryer so I couldn't eat much. I had a burger with a salad and got very, very ill. It could've been cross contamination so I wouldn't go back!

Staff was very knowledgable about cross-contamination. The server, manager, and kitchen staff were aware of what was safe for Celiac folks. We were told by the manager that very little on the menu would be okay to eat. Basically, the Cowboy salad or Caesar salad without croutons. Both the grill and single fryer were deemed unsafe by staff. Salads are prepared in a separate area. The server did say that some items could be baked instead of fried like the french fries or yam fries, but the manager emphasized that the kitchen was an "open" one and they could not guarantee no cross-contamination of anything other than the salads. This place would be great for those sensitive to gluten, but not Celiac in my opinion.

I have been to Browns many times but this was my first coming for Brunch with my family, and the majority of us are celiac. Servers were very knowledgeable about cross contamination and let us know that fryers “may contain” so we were aware. None of us were impacted and overall another great experience.
