Traveling for work. Stopped in to get something to eat beforehand.
Immediately asked for gluten free menu and informed waitress of gluten and dairy allergy. Gf labeled on the menu.
Ordered. Other waitress was talking to me about how she could never live on the west coast because of things like yoga, vegan, gluten free, people. Basically talking crap and saying its fake. I assured her it was not, and that I could not have gluten or dairy.
Got my food and began to eat. I felt pretty confident with the younger waitress that I ordered with, and proceeded to eat.
Noticed the potatoes were fryer fried and asked the younger waitress if it was a shared fryer. She said it’s only potatoes and French toast.
I’m in it now. The glutening has begun.
I would not risk it here. The younger waitress kept saying she was in school for some medical stuff and took these things seriously. not seriously enough I guess.

GF marked on menu. I got the chorizo scramble. It was delicious. I mentioned GF and she said yes she'd ensure they take protocols. Just ate there a few hours ago, but so far no symptoms. I would definitely go back!
