They have everything labeled GS (gluten sensitive) and it is very clear. I got the baja ceviche (it’s an appetizer) as my meal and it was delicious! The staff also was absolutely amazing!

I have celiac & do not eat dairy. I got strawberry salad with grilled chicken, no cheese. Staff very knowledgeable & this was a safe dining experience. Highly recommend!

Ordered the Chicken/Strawberry Salad. Was very good and had no issues whatsoever. Small selection of GF items but items were clearly marked on menu and server seemed knowledgeable on ensuring there would be no cross contact.
One thing to note was that my salad didn’t come out w/ chicken on it despite it clearly being written on the menu. Then they tried to upcharge me, odd. Weird; but hey, figured I’d mention it.

Many Bubba Gump locations no longer offer a gluten-free menu
I am gluten intolerant and really loved the salmon with rice and broccoli. They have salads you can get without the croutons as well. I liked it so much we went two days in a row-Makers Mark Salmon and Jenny's Surf and Surf.

Their fries, even though labeled with a “GS” (which seems to be the norm symbol here at Universal) is not actually gluten free; they share the fryer with other fried items.
I wasn’t impressed with that meal, and what my glutinous family ordered truly looked like it came out of a box and into a fryer 😢.
The server did take my salad off our ticket, which was nice, just because whoever made it…totally drowned it with dressing.

Appetizer- shrimp boil was amazing. They made it in water, not beer. Both Cajun and garlic were amazing!!!

Very good! Lots of options and knowledgeable staff. Menu isn’t marked but the staff can tell you what is/isn’t available gluten free. I had Jennys surf and turf which was grilled salmon and grilled shrimp (no turf lol) with, I think, a butter glaze. A side of perfectly cooked broccoli and some jasmine rice. My son had grilled mahi mahi and mashed potatoes. His potatoes were really flavorful - cheesy or seasoned idk but really good. His was supposed to come with a carrots that the server said were not gluten free. Fun atmosphere and everything was excellent

I got the Bourbon Street Mahi Mahi
(Charbroiled Cajun spiced Mahi Mahi with Bourbon Sauce and Grilled Shrimp, served over Mashed Potatoes). Very good, no issues.
Waitress seemed somewhat knowledgeable hence the 4 stars and not 5; however, she mentioned she didn't know much about GF (in regards to the sides the main dishes come with) but when she put in my order it would let her know if anything wasn't safe. She knew enough to tell me 5 or 6 things that were safe.. When I called prior to visiting, the host seemed knowledgeable and told me how to order.

Had a few dishes marked as gluten sensitive items. Got the Accidental Fish and Shrimp, the server stated it would be made away and the manager would bring it to me. Well, she brought and said she didn’t want me to have to wait. I proceed with eating and a manager pops up all worried and says that it wasn’t the right dish. (Made away from everything, made to avoid contamination) He looked anxious and took it and brought another that didn’t taste the same, the second serving had like no seasoning. Not sure what went on there, but the server looked nervous throughout the rest of the meal. I don’t think I reacted, but I wouldn’t feel too safe going back. Too much risk.
Some gluten free options, but not good for dairy free. Staff didnt seem very knowledgeable and it took the kitchen 45mins to let me know that i couldn't have the rice, as it contained dairy. I wouldn't return.
The Accidental Fish and Shrimp. Best seafood ever the lemon butter sauce was amazing. I ate every last bite and then wanted more!
Had the Accidental Fish and Shrimp. It was very good. Staff familiar with gluten free. Not a lot of gluten free options. Menu states potential for cross contamination but I feel they really try to keep everything safe.

Ordered the grilled trio and didn’t get sick!! Food was great. Limited “gluten sensitive” so I took it upon my own to find something other than green salad.
Yes
one of those weird menus where only a few things are marked as gluten free although it looks like many other dishes should be. had the veggie shrimp skewers with Jasmine rice. the sauce was excellent.

Clearly marked gluten free on the menu and amazing food!
They bent over backwards for my son who has celiac disease. The menu is marked with gluten free items. Then the manager came over and said that many other items could be made gluten free with just a free tweaks. The waiter was also very knowledgeable. He told us that the food takes a little longer to prepare because they take the time to fully clean the grill, utensils, etc before they cook the gluten free food. Very impressed!!
I had a side caeser salad, salmon and rice! It was delicious and no side effects! I have celiac disease, too!
Yes
Server was knowledgeable, however, the gluten free menu is scarce. Had a chicken Caesar salad which was nice but nothing special, and I didn't get sick. So overall, it was a good experience.
Yes
options are limited but I ate here twice with no issues and I'm a very sensitive celiac. Really yummy food even though the options are low. dedicated gluten free menu and the bar was able to accommodate my needs with a delicious smoothie!
Yes
The waitress was really knowledgable about gf options and the manager came out to confirm the sides for the dish. Everyone was super nice and helpful and gave no grief about being gluten free. All around excellent service!
Yes
My waitress was patient and showed me about 7 options. The manager came out and handed me my plate first, and the rest of the food came out a few minutes after. We went a little later (about 10:30 pm) and there was still no concern about cross contamination. I recommend the accidental fish and shrimp, it's really good!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND for celiac disease and gluten sensitivity. PLEASE take the chance to eat at this place if you have gluten-free needs. The dedicated gluten-free menu looks small, BUT the moment you mention to your server that you have a gluten allergy or gluten sensitivity they will bring a manager out and there are tons of items on the menus that can be made gluten free with just small tweaks (the manager will help you find these). This restaurant is EXTREMELY celiac friendly - manager explained how they relay to the chef your allergy, the chef oversees your meal personally, they change all utensils and gloves and prepare away from other food, and they even bring your meal out to you separately to avoid cross contamination. Our server knew nearly as much about it as the manager and they both impressed me with their understanding of the gluten issues. Would HIGHLY recommend for gluten accommodations as well as general service (friendliest service I've had at a restaurant, EVER) and the food (I got the accidental shrimp & fish) was delicious.
Yes
Has a gluten free menu but extremely limited. Choice of 3 entrees, all essentially the same.
Yummy mahi mahi with jasmine rice!
The gluten free menu is very limited. I had the shrimp and veggie skewers and it was delicious!
Great menu options. Manager was nice enough to make smoothies for the kids himself to ensure no contamination. There were several options of smoothies on the menu that were GF.
Daughter went there and they told her they can only accommodate gluten sensitivities, and not safe for celiac :(

They don’t have a gf menu, it’s gluten sensitive. However, speak with manager when ordering and she will help. I have shrimp and crab in a dish, didn’t want gf bun. Also fries are gf. I am celiac and no problem and food was delicious.

Our server wasn't sure about GF items but stated that they are not a GF environment and the menu items are 'gluten sensitive' rather than gluten free. I decided to take the risk as I'd seen positive reviews. After ordering the manager came over to assure me they would take precautions as my order was flagged as gluten allergy. I had jenny's surf and turf (grilled salmon and shrimp with steamed rice and broccoli) thinking this was the safest option. It was delicious but unfortunately I was unwell afterwards so there must have been cross contamination somewhere. Maybe I was just unlucky but I wouldn't recommend for celiac. A shame because the food was really yummy.

We felt like it was bit pricey for what you get but we were in Destin looking for seafood and they have GF seafood options. Pretty tasty. Staff was familiar with what menu options were GF. We had the surf and turf as well as the Bourbon St Mahi Mahi with shrimp. Over the past couple years we’ve eaten there a few times now. No issues after the meal.

I have been to about 6 different restaurants of this chain and always have a great time and dinner. There are only 5 different dishes available which are gluten free including salmon, ribeye, Mahi mahi and shrimp. They are all labeled Gluten free on the menu and they are all great. Staff understands about gluten free and I have never had any problems. I would give it 5 stars if it had more options.
