Review of Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.

I got the Bourbon Street Mahi Mahi (Charbroiled Cajun spiced Mahi Mahi with Bourbon Sauce and Grilled Shrimp, served over Mashed Potatoes). Very good, no issues.

Waitress seemed somewhat knowledgeable hence the 4 stars and not 5; however, she mentioned she didn't know much about GF (in regards to the sides the main dishes come with) but when she put in my order it would let her know if anything wasn't safe. She knew enough to tell me 5 or 6 things that were safe.. When I called prior to visiting, the host seemed knowledgeable and told me how to order.
