1 star because they've reduced their GF options to 1 appetizer (shrimp cocktail) and a small ceasar salad (ask for it without croutons). Staff wasn't knowledgeable.
There is a Gluten-free menu (great for my son!). My mom is also allergic to gluten, dairy, garlic and a few other things.
Our server wrote down what my mom couldn't have and went to check with the cook. Then the manager came and took her order. He offered to cook her shrimp or chicken with olive oil in the oven to be free of cross contamination.
Many Bubba Gump locations no longer offer a gluten-free menu
Very good service. Beautiful view! A safe and delicious meal :)

0/5. Forget the gluten free thing. FOOD POISONING. I have never been so sick in my entire life. Ruined two days of my Hawaiian vacation.
Stay away.

I appreciate the dedication the staff has to insure your meal is GF. Berry salad was delic, highly recommend !
gf delicious menu and chef follows plate thru kitchen when they know of your allergy.
Daughter went there and they told her they can only accommodate gluten sensitivities, and not safe for celiac :(

They have everything labeled GS (gluten sensitive) and it is very clear. I got the baja ceviche (it’s an appetizer) as my meal and it was delicious! The staff also was absolutely amazing!

I have celiac & do not eat dairy. I got strawberry salad with grilled chicken, no cheese. Staff very knowledgeable & this was a safe dining experience. Highly recommend!

They don’t have a gf menu, it’s gluten sensitive. However, speak with manager when ordering and she will help. I have shrimp and crab in a dish, didn’t want gf bun. Also fries are gf. I am celiac and no problem and food was delicious.

Our server wasn't sure about GF items but stated that they are not a GF environment and the menu items are 'gluten sensitive' rather than gluten free. I decided to take the risk as I'd seen positive reviews. After ordering the manager came over to assure me they would take precautions as my order was flagged as gluten allergy. I had jenny's surf and turf (grilled salmon and shrimp with steamed rice and broccoli) thinking this was the safest option. It was delicious but unfortunately I was unwell afterwards so there must have been cross contamination somewhere. Maybe I was just unlucky but I wouldn't recommend for celiac. A shame because the food was really yummy.
