Buckwheat

One waiter understood the importance of no gluten, however the others had no idea and served me normal flour. When asked they said it was gluten free buckwheat, however after I had eaten some I was told it was not buckwheat. Wouldn't risk going there.

Sono andata a pranzo, mi è stato assicurato che non ci sono rischi di contaminazione perché cucinano solo piatti senza glutine.. Purtroppo invece dopo il pranzo sono stata molto male.

Foi maravilhoso. Pude experimentar os famosos crepes franceses na versão doce e salgada. A garçonete falou que todo o menu era sem glúten, sendo feito com trigo sarraceno (naturalmente sem glúten). Experiência fantástica

I had buckwheat crepes with pistachio cream, raspberries and pistachios. They were delicious! The GF crepes are available in sweet or savoury. They also offer GF cider.

Gluten-free Buckwheat savory crepes, delicious gluten-free ciders. By default their sweet crepes are made with glutenous flour but they can also be made with the gluten-free buckwheat crepe upon request.

Traditional buckwheat gallettes. Delicious. Great variety of savoury and sweet options. Good drinks menu. Lovely English speaking staff who reassured me all ingredients are gluten free (can't guarantee no cross contamination). Great lunch option near the Louvre. I had the smoked salmon Gallette , then also had a sweet chocolate one as they were so good.
