We haven’t had issues with cross contamination here. Th pizza is on the pricier side I think we pay close to $15 for a smallish 4 piece pizza. But we still get pizza here regularly because it is delicious! This is the best gluten free pizza I have had since my diagnosis. The Paesano pizza is amazing! The crust is similar to a ‘normal’ pizza crust.

The gluten free pizza gave me a reaction, so there is too much cross-contamination for my tolerance. It was also pretty dry—not nearly enough sauce. The other Detroit-style GF, Jets, is much better and no reaction. I would also change the price rating from one dollar sign to two dollar signs.

We have had great success here. They can make any pizza gluten free. The crust is actually think and fluffy. Recommend the pizza for sure.
I ordered a salad that came out with crouton crumbs so I sent it back. The manager made me a new salad himself, took our salad and the gf pizza off our bill. I felt great that he went the extra mile to make our food safe!

Most pizza places just offer GF, with no effort to avoid cross-contamination. They were very knowledgeable and explained their processes.

Cook the pizza on foil, said they use separate toppings and sauce. They bring out your own pizza cutter in restaurant to avoid cross contamination that was as well.
