Review of Buffalo Wild Wings

Had a disaster of a meal tonight. They have a gluten free menu so I ordered pulled pork and coleslaw. I asked if I could have extra coleslaw instead of french fries and they said yes. I ordered the bun on a separate plate so it wouldn't touch my food (but my husband uses the bun). Explained why I had to have it this way and was assured it would all come out as I had asked. When they food arrived, the bun was on top of the meat. So frustrating. So I explained again what I needed and asked for new meat. When it came back, the bun had simply been removed and put on a different plate and it was the same meat. Both my husband and I were pretty frustrated at this point and asked again for new meat. Finally it came out but it took a while. At the end of dinner we were both disappointing and found out the extra coleslaw cost money....which wasn't explained to us. Just added to the disappointment. After all was said and done, I am now having a gluten reaction (probably from cross contamination). I would say this place is not safe for celiacs or at least not for those very sensitive.
