Review of Buffalo Wild Wings

They have a description of what food processes they have in place. Fries are said to not be at all in contact with gluten, but they were. I tested with my portable gluten detector and it found slight cross contamination, enough to make me sick. I wish they’d take dedicated friers more seriously, because it would’ve otherwise been a great place to snack while hanging out with friends.

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?
