I had the experience of visiting this place many many times (in Escazú and Santa Ana), and when I realized I had a intolerance to gluten I remember I could take a chicken sandwich with a gf bread option, of course, and sometimes cheese tortillas with avocado. But then, my intolerance went harder and I could't eat anything there. I can stand cross contamination and the last time I was there I got a really bad time. I got sick, very very sick.
