They were very educated and eager to talk through all of their safety precautions. Very respectful of how serious it is to keep the food safe. A great burger- no reaction. We had a chicken sandwich and a burger- everyone in our group enjoyed their food. Highly recommend!

I’ve eaten here for years and have never had any issues. The gf bun is really good (much better than when they first opened), and the fries are made in a dedicated fryer!! The burgers, fries, and dipping sauces are amazing, especially the garlic aioli!!

What an awesome place. The staff was very healthful and double checked everything. The food was so good. I will definitely be going back here next time I am in town.

Fantastic! I got the Hangover Burger and fries. Almost entire menu is gluten free (w/ a gluten free bun). Highly recommend

I’ve eaten here several times with no issues. Wait staff is knowledgeable about gf options. Their fries are safe and amazing!

One of the best burgers that I have had. We’ve only been there at lunch and I have always been asked if the gluten-free was because of an allergy. GF bun is Udis and is fine. Good place!

If you can get past the waitstaff’s indifference toward customers the food is outstanding. One of the best GFree buns I’ve found. Fries are marvelous! Decent bar. Just be prepared to wait awhile for a server to approach your table... made me feel like I was intruding. Not sure I’ll drop by very often.

Some servers care, some don’t. I am also allergic to dairy, and they’ve “dosed” me twice there now. The food is sooo good, and their gluten free bun is really good, so I keep going back.

My 3 1/2 year old has celiac. I called Burger Bach in advance and they seemed very knowledgeable and assured me that the fries are celiac safe, fried in a dedicated fryer, that their burger patties would not be cross contaminated with any gluten. The manager sounded so knowledgeable that I felt comfortable taking him. He ate the pattie with no buns, fries and their ketchup. All confirmed by the waitress to be safe and gluten free. He was sick for 2 days after. I have no idea how he was glutened but I will not trust this place again.

I frequent this eatery for the amazing burger and fries with a dedicated frier :-) The servers will let the kitchen know how to modify your order for food sensitivities. I have never had a problem. They do have GF buns.

Consistently glutened here. I think it must be the loaded fries. Food is good but not worth having a reaction.

There are quite a lot of GF items marked. The server was very conscientious of my allergy and marked it on the ticket. I had no issues here and would eat here again.

No separate gluten free menu available, but we were assured ALL of the sauces were gluten-free and the fries are cooked in a dedicated frier. I ordered a burger with gluten-free bun, and fries. Everything was delicious, and I feel confident I wasn't glutened.

If you're on the fence about which burger to get, try the Original -- there's a hint of cinnamon in their "original" sauce that adds a unique twist to a traditional burger.
