Review of Burger Bach

My 3 1/2 year old has celiac. I called Burger Bach in advance and they seemed very knowledgeable and assured me that the fries are celiac safe, fried in a dedicated fryer, that their burger patties would not be cross contaminated with any gluten. The manager sounded so knowledgeable that I felt comfortable taking him. He ate the pattie with no buns, fries and their ketchup. All confirmed by the waitress to be safe and gluten free. He was sick for 2 days after. I have no idea how he was glutened but I will not trust this place again.
