The staff knows very well GF diet, they store and cook gf buns separately. Fried onions rings are made with potatoes flour. I ate a burger "bbq style", it was very good. You pay extra fees for GF buns.

In terms of gluten-free food everything went well. Staff was friendly and knew about gluten-free diet. Gluten-free bun was an extra €2, and came marked with a stick in the burger. Generally though it didn't have a great hygiene standard. Tables didn't get wiped and floors were sticky. Cross-contamination could happen at your table. Considering you had to set the table yourself put everything away yourself I thought it a bit pricey.

I don't typically write reviews but I just received the most incredible service, extremely friendly, and ate the best burger that I have ever eaten, and it was gluten free. My wife felt the same and she had a completely different burger.

My brother is celiac. This bar is near the cathedral and my brother was amazed by this place. He says that the guy was very nice and was aware of the care he needed to take in order to attend celiac customers (as they sell burgers with gluten as well). All the burgers were available for him and it was delicious.

Die glutenfreien Burger schmecken außergewöhnlich gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und kannte sich sehr gut aus. Auch auf Kontamination wurde hingewiesen und extra drauf geachtet.
