Burger Monger

This place used to be awesome but not any longer. No more dedicated frier and for a while they still did ok with GF buns but now not even that. They can't keep staff so no one is ever trained or cares to give you decent service. Don't go here if you have celiac

My husband has celiac and we had been going to Burger Monger for a while because they said they have a dedicated fryer for fries. One day he became very, very sick after eating here. The next time, we asked about the fries being made gluten free (using the dedicated fryer) and the employees all seemed puzzled and said “oh we don’t do gluten free fries anymore.”

After my husband getting sick and the employees telling us that, we haven’t gone back to Burger Monger. Either they really don’t do gluten free fries or their employees haven’t been trained to know what that means. Either way, that’s bad news for someone with celiac.

It’s a shame because the food was pretty good.

Jake (the owner) was awesome!!! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He worked with his staff to ensure I would not get sick and that cross contamination would not occur. Thank you!

Some options including lettuce wrapped and gf buns.

Great burgers!!! Have gluten free buns as well. The Manager told us the French fries were in their own fryer but because by the end of the day the batch of oil could mix there could be cross contamination . My daughter is sensitive and has celiacs she had the fries and she was fine.

I've ate here plenty of times with no reaction. Great burger (I always order medium rare). Bun is awesome and fries are yummy if the oil is fresh. Friendly staff and they don't seem to mind questions!

I had the Burger Monger with fries and a shake Delicious! My compliments to Aurianna who was knowledgeable and had made sure everything was contamination free.

first time here and lived it. hamburger bun is kinnikinic and awesome! they even showed me the packaging. some if the best French fries anywhere. very unique process they use and will explain for you. dedicated fryer.

Only offer a gluten free bun. I give them 0 stars. The staff had no idea if any of the cheeses or sauces were gluten free. They were very rude when I asked so I walked out without eating. I will never go back

probably the best burger I've eaten in years. went back twice the same day. ask for gluten free bun. fries are only thing fried in their amazing beef oil so it's gluten free as well. the meat just melts in your mouth. I'm about 40 mins away and its always worth the drive!

You can get almost anything GF on the menu. They were great about it when I asked for gluten free. Super easy and obvious what on the menu is GF.

this place was amazing! and the staff was great. all my food came out fresh and the gf bun was great they even toast the bread.

Great place for a traditional burger and fries without worrying about cross-contamination. Staff is well educated in understanding gluten allergies restrictions.

I have eaten at this location several times and service was always excellent and attention to CC. Today I left without ordering. They were not busy. They young man taking our order was wonderful. The guy at the grill not so much. The fryer still has sign up gluten free but admitted not GF anymore and need take sign down. I asked if they could change gloves for my burger and take precautions. When the young man let him know allergy…. a smirk , roll eyes and and ok! We left! If you can’t accommodate then just nicely say so! They had been closed due gas leak and literally we were first ones there to reopen! If celiac do not eat at this location!!

great fast food burger with a delicious gluten free bun. this location does not have dedicated fryer but Clearwater location does for GF fries.
