Best burgers around!!! Love the monger sauce. This made my day. Burgers can be lettuce wrapped or gluten free bun, which was the best gf bun ever. Fries are cross contaminated unfortunately, but I’d go back for the burgers!

They have a separate fryer for fries and gluten-free buns. Will also change gloves if requested.
Went a second time and unfortunately got into some gluten.

Stopped in for dinner with the family. Asked if the fries were really gluten free safe considering there was a sign stating “gluten free” above the fryer. Cashier had no idea what gluten free meant and the other woman working didn’t have a clue when she suggested Mac and cheese. I’d say the lack of education makes it unsafe.
Dedicated fryer, GF buns. Staff is knowledgeable and will change their gloves. Eat here often never had any problems!
Good food. Kids loved it. Staff is celiac aware!

This used to be my go to spot for quick tasty burgers. They changed the buns and they are horrible! Even informed management and no refund offered just an I'm sorry we changed our buns and we know they are bad.

Great, worry-free burger and fries. Just about everything on the menu is gluten free and the servers were very helpful and knowledgeable.
SO GOOD! I have celiac and have looked everywhere for gf bun and fries. Everything about it was delicious! And the chocolate milkshakes are amazing!!!
Consistently great food and service. The grilled chicken filet is cooked perfectly tender. We love the large selection of burger toppings. The balsamic tomatoes are a favorite. I prefer my burgers without the Udi's GF bun and opt for lettuce instead. The fries are the bomb. The only thing they could improve upon would be to have some GF dessert options alongside all the gluten loaded cookies. We visit this location about 3x a month!
Loved it! The kids and I had burgers today with a lb of fries and everything was great! Service was excellent. We paid $35 for two kids burgers and one regular sized and 1 lb fries and it was well worth it. We will be back.
This place used to be a lot more gluten free friendly. Last time I was here they had a separate fryer. This time they said they do not. They have gluten free buns but that is about it.

This restaurant used to be great but they no longer have celiac friendly fries / designated fryer. Also the last two times I went my order was completely botched and my celiac daughter couldn’t eat anything.

They had no idea what gluten was. After explaining, they said they understood. The fries are not gluten free. I watched them make my food and didn’t feel like it was celiac safe, especially after he wiped his gloves on his jeans. The cook didn’t wear a mask in a mask mandated city, so if he didn’t care about spreading a highly infectious disease I doubt he cared about cross contamination.

I am a very sensitive celiac, so normally I would never eat at a fast food-type place, nevertheless order delivery from one because it would make me extremely nervous to not be able to talk to them in person and see them make my food. I had eaten here a couple times in person though, and they were always really careful and friendly, so today I tried ordering delivery. I called ahead of time to tell them that I was placing an order and that it's really important that nothing get cross contaminated, and the girl on the phone was helpful and said that she would make sure they knew to be extra careful. The burger was so good, and they wrote a note on the bag that they cleaned the grill and took extra precautions! I have had absolutely no gluten reactions at all. They have gluten free burger buns AND their fryer is gluten free, which is hard to come by! I would highly recommend this place for people with celiac if you inform them of what they need to do ahead of time!

My husband has celiac and we had been going to Burger Monger for a while because they said they have a dedicated fryer for fries. One day he became very, very sick after eating here. The next time, we asked about the fries being made gluten free (using the dedicated fryer) and the employees all seemed puzzled and said “oh we don’t do gluten free fries anymore.”
After my husband getting sick and the employees telling us that, we haven’t gone back to Burger Monger. Either they really don’t do gluten free fries or their employees haven’t been trained to know what that means. Either way, that’s bad news for someone with celiac.
It’s a shame because the food was pretty good.
