Burger Paradox

Our waitress was very knowledgeable about what products contained gluten. She explained the buns are cooked separately from the smash burgers and the fries have a dedicated fryer. I had the McDowell with fries and it was so good! I wish I lived closer!

Great food. Gluten free buns available. Fries in a dedicated fryer. My husband is gluten sensitive and had the deep fried (no batter ) Brussel sprouts. Our waitress Kris was the best.

Didn’t see gluten free on the menu, but asked and they have a lot of GF items! Including fries that are done in a separate fryer!

I’ve been many times and have never had an issue with being glutened. Last I went, they accidentally made my burger with a regular gluten bun. I told them and they took the bun off and replaced it with a new one, but on the glutened burger. I told them I was celiac and they remade it for me.

The burgers were great and would go back for the umami burger. The Brussels sprouts were good for some bites and others not so much. Seemed like the sauces were distributed unevenly. The fries were not great- like they were the last of a batch and had been sitting a while.

I love that the fries are cooked in a gluten free fryer. The food is wonderful and the staff is knowledgeable. One of just a few I feel safe to eat at

Good smashburgers with GF buns. Wings can be done gluten free (highly recommend the garlic buffalo sauce with blue cheese)

Fantastic experience! Burger Paradox is owned by the same people who own Duluth Grill, OMC and Corktown Deli, they take allergies very seriously. They offer Udis buns. They have a dedicated fryer. All sides were gf. One of the sauces was not safe as it contained malt vinegar but they were very forthcoming about it. I had an amazing smash burger. My non gf family members raved about their meals also! We will definitely be back! Dessert tip…head down the street to Live Cremery…gf waffle cones and lots of gf ice cream too. ❤

Came back a second time and it was just as good. Staff are very knowledgeable on gf/celiac precautions.

I was not impressed with this place. I emailed them twice asking if they had GF options and never got a response. The vegan items were clearly marked, but there was no information regarding anything bring GF. I ended up having the OMC fries that were ok, but not great. Definitely wouldn’t go here again.
