Long wait in line on a Saturday (and probably any day Thursday- Sunday.) worth the wait. Some of best brisket in the state and darn good turkey. As others mentioned one of the Pitmasters has family with Celiac so they know exactly what is safe. Most or all the main meats and many of sides and even peach cobbler if they leave the crust off for you.

Burnt bean has a ton of GF options! The owner was cutting the meats by the register and I talked to him about my options and he said that he has several family members with celiac and he wants them to be able to eat there so most of their items are gluten free. All meats are GF, several sides are GF including the potato salad, green beans, squash casserole, beans and a few more. The corn and the other potato option aren’t gluten free. Felt very taken care of and safe eating here! Oh and everything was incredibly delicious. Best BBQ experience to date!

Burnt bean has the best brisket in town. You will wait in line for a while but it’s worth the wait. More options on the weekends. Corn tortillas are the only fried item so safe to eat. All the meat is safe, and they make a few different breakfast egg dishes that are gluten free.
