I felt taken care of every step of the way. The waiter and the chef answered all of my questions every time I asked, and I actually felt safe.
GF plates come out on square plates, and a manager or the chef bring out any GF food. Dedicated dryer and separate workspaces. The waiter even made all the appetizers at the table GF in case I wanted to try my non-GF friend’s.
