Review of Busch Gardens Tampa

Zambia Smokehouse has pretty good smoked chicken. Didn't want to assume it would be GF just because it's chicken and as soon as I asked everyone on the line knew what to do. They said it's the bbq sauce on it that has gluten so they immediately pulled an unsauced chicken from the back using new gloves. They also volunteered that the fries are not safe due to the fryer so they offered me strawberries or grapes. Overall very good experience.
