Review of Busch Gardens Tampa

Upon arrival at Zambia Smokehouse, I asked for the supervisor. She was very nice & brought out a binder to show me what my choices were. There were only a few, but I was thankful none the less. I opted for the 1/4 chicken (without bbq sauce) & a side salad with oil & vinegar. It came out on a plate wrapped in plastic wrap. They seemed to take it seriously and used care preparing my meal. I was very appreciative. The chicken was flavorful, moist & delicious.
