Review of Busch Gardens Tampa

We went to the buffet on the top floor of the Serengeti Overlook and told our waitress that we needed to be gluten-free, so she went and got the chef. He happily walked us through the buffet and told us what we could and could not eat. There was a decent amount of selections including a salad, mashed potatoes, green beans, shrimp and grits, and shakshuka. We we're even able to order the gluten free pizza (took 15 minutes). Two of us have Celiac and did not have any issues here. Normally they have a chocolate torte that is gluten-free but they were out at the time. Instead we had a raspberry sorbet which was okay. I preferred the food over the dessert. I would definitely go back.
