This place was so good I got a brisket bowl with mash potatoes and veggies. The veggie were perfectly filled! The sweet potato fries were to die for. The girl at the front was also gluten free and very knowledgeable. If I lived closer I would be going here a lot!

Great selection of gluten-free options just be sure to mention gluten-free so they don’t throw anything on there like bread. The kids chicken fingers are really good, make sure to order extra Dipping sauce. Note: every order takes about 20-30 minutes.

My BF has celiac and the menu was well marked but when his food came out there was a large piece of regular bread on the plate. They took it back but didn’t even apologize. We left. Should’ve known better when the cashier did not seem too knowledgeable about GF.

We order from Bushfire almost every week! The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is that they run out of gluten free buns a lot of the time during their busy hours. Before ordering gluten free buns, make sure you call the restaurant to make sure they have them. Other than that, my family has never gotten sick from Bushfire! :)

We love their food I’ve never been sick from Bushfire kitchen but —-heads up the food is ALWAYS room temp/warm which is sometimes a bummer when expecting a cozy hot meal ... Nevertheless the food is good... 🙃

just had the most unbelievable experience at Bushfire Grill on Friday. I am celiac, and for those of you that are celiac you will appreciate the pain I am now experiencing. They served me regular bread. Even though I ordered gluten free and asked the waiter TWICE when he brought it are you sure this is gluten free? When I got the bread I took at bite, asked my husband... are you sure gf?? He said the waiter said it was fine, I took another bite. Then the cashier came over and said, oops not gluten free and that it was my fault for not telling them I was celiac..... even though I asked 3 TIMES. I'm on my 3rd day in bed with severe pain, my autoimmune system has gone crazy and I can't even eat broth. Everything hurts. Never once did they offer to comp my bill. If you are going to specialize in gluten free you had better get it right. If you have celiac avoid this place like the plague!!!

I specified that I had substantial allergies in my order, and I ordered 5 meals of the same item for guests at a wedding. there was a spaghetti noodle in the sauce which made all meals contaminated. They apologized and refunded the order, and gave credit to give them another chance, however didn’t change the fact that I and my guests got sick from eating their food. They said they take gluten free very seriously and I trusted them because of that fact, and due to all the previous positive reviews. They stated that it was concerning to them that the cross contamination had occurred because they do take it so seriously and said they were going to retrain all kitchen workers on gluten free procedures....

So many options, including sweet potato fries! And the menu and website are clearly marked. Also, delivery option. It is now our go-to for take-out.

So yummy! And so many GF options including gf buns and cookies! Also heathy foods though- don’t worry! I love the mixed bowls and only wish they were on grub hub or door dash so I could enjoy more often! Also my husband is not gf and he loves the food so it’s a good place for everyone! Not just indulgent for those of us who are gf. ;)

I'm a newly diagnosed celiac and still trying to navigate the whole thing. Staff here was friendly and polite. They knew which items had gluten (buns, bread, mac and cheese) and which didn't (everything else!) They don't fry anything with gluten, so the French fries are safe. I had the curry chicken bowl with veggies, but noticed the veggies were in a bowl in the kitchen next to the mac and cheese, so I asked them to give me some fresh veggies and they had no problem doing it. All of the staff were polite and helpful and our server confirmed that my veggies were prepared fresh on a clean cutting board. I will definitely come back whenever I'm in town or traveling to San Diego from the desert.

Only problem is the size of the restaurant. Love the food, the menu is eclectic. Always something new to try whether salads-delicious, sandwiches, burgers, amazing bowls and plates from lamb to salmon to vegetarian. gF is a full menu.

Went here for lunch. Almost everything on the menu is gluten free, including their sauces and salad dressings. They have a dedicated fryer for french fries so I was able to indulge in their delicious sweet potato fries with my chicken sandwich! Highly recommended

Fresh, lots of options and nearly everything GF. The sweet potato fries are worth a long drive. House-made GF buns. Several items served "cafeteria style", but well-trained staff and very little gluten-based options meant I didn't get sick. I'll be back.

Best place in town for gluten free. Their gf buns are actually tasty, but they have so many gf options you don't even need the buns. The grilled veggies and the roasted squash are amazing.

The name has changed to bushfire kitchen. Delicious food and wine!! The servers and kitchen staff understand gluten free needs and will answer any questions you have. The food was filling and delicious! This is a must try!

I tried this place when they first opened and I didn't think it was safe since it was all open buffet style and staff wasn't sure about cross contamination. Since then my friend recommended it so I tried it. They said everything is now gf except the bread and Mac and cheese. I had a chicken bowl free with range chicken it had an amazing green pesto type sauce on side. We also a side of sweet potato fries cooked in a dedicated fryer. I didn't get sick and will try it again.

The food is really good. most of the food is gluten free, but they serve it with bread. be careful to make an allergy clear. I watch them prepare my order bc they accidentally put bread in my take out box once. If you are sensitive I would stay away from the dishes that are spooned onto bread for sandwiches.

Gluten free and dairy free accommodating. Everything tastes great! The staff is wonderful too.

Great place for those with gluten free needs. Everything that is gf is clearly id'ed. Even the burgers can come with a gf bun on request. We'll be back!

I am hyper sensitive! And even though it's open I have never gotten sick! I eat here often. Except for the Mac and cheese and focaccia bread. Everything else is gf. My favourite Vy's curried lamb and the beet and quinoa salad.

Enjoyed the quinoa/kale salad and sweet potato fries. Cross-contamination seems possible because of the small kitchen but didn't have a problem.

I go there all the time, the staff is great they also take carful steps when deal with my meal. The chicken already comes gluten free then you pick your sauce and sides. On the menu the have what sauces and dudes are gluten free. Just do not ask for bread that comes the meal.

We eat at this location a couple times a month and love the Happy Hour menu. The chicken tenders and parmesan fries are my go to and I never have a problem with cross contamination (and I am extremely sensitive). I did try something new the other day (steak chimichurri sandwich) and it was delicious. Only downfall was the gluten free bun crumbles/breaks apart very easily so I ended up eating it as an opened face sandwich.

So many gf choices!! It was hard for me to decide what to order! 😉 The rice bowl I chose was delicious and fresh. My family members tried the burgers with the homemade gf buns and the fries from a dedicated fryer. Everything was tasty and caused no problems. The homemade gf chocolate chip cookie at the end made for a perfect meal! And the staff was kind, courteous and knowledgeable!
