Review of By the Way Bakery

Since Tatz closed I have to fill the hole in my heart. This just doesn't quite do it -- a lot of the stuff is a bit gritty. The almond cookies are really incredible, though, and I like the cloud cakes. Do not recommend red velvet or other attempts on more traditional cakes -- they just don't come out right.
