I've eaten here multiple times and never had a reaction. They have a dedicated gf fryer as well as a separate prep area. Every server I've had has been very knowledgeable about celiacs and food safety. Great food, highly recommend.

Separate fryer for GF items They have a menu well marked for items that are GF They are open to modifying items that are not marked as GF to see if they can make it GF (where possible) Waitress well versed in allergies Manager brings out the food separately

They have items that are gluten free and many that can be customized to be gluten free. They have a gluten free fryer. The Nashville chicken is delicious! Chance of cross contamination as thry share a kitchen space.
