I’ve eaten here several times off of their gluten free menu. Their staff are very well educated on celiac and make sure they walk you through the menu to ensure you don’t get any contaminated food. I think the downtown one has a dedicated GF fryer. They don’t here. But they will bake fries etc to ensure they are safe to eat. Literally a godsend as there are few options in west Vancouver.

I’ve ate at this location a number of times, ordering the med bowl three times. Each time the server let me know they had a new separate dedicated fryer, it’s been safe for 2/3 times (I’m a later in life diagnosis and currently extremely sensitive)! Not the biggest GF menu, but appreciate the efforts.

A great spot for gluten free food. Since they’re a chain, you can easily find allergen information. This location is big and spacious as well! They have a good understanding of gluten “allergies.” My favourite dishes are the hot chicken and pickles (made in a separate fryer) and the zen sushi rolls.

Really great staff, went and checked all the ingredients of the tofu bowl, there was a may contain on one sauce, I risked it because it seemed really unlikely to be an issue but could have gotten something else and it was reassuring that they'd tell me. Separate fryer!
