i ordered a steak and they cooked it separately for me in a pan, versus their usual method (fryer i believe). it was very delicious. i did not have symptoms after but i did feel very full haha. the waitress was good about reminding the kitchen a few times to be careful with everything coming to our table. also there was a separate gluten-friendly menu so i ordered off of that, noting that i was celiac so i requested they do their very best to not cross contaminate
