Great Mexican option. Once I ordered the staff were sure to check with the kitchen to make sure the option was GF (no GF menu, but dishes were generally marked if they included a flour tortilla). They even brought out GF tortilla chips for me without me having to ask. Nice touch.

Yummy Mexican restaurant. They take celiac and food allergies seriously. The chips are fried separately - they don’t have a separate fryolater but they fry the GF chips first and save them for customers who need them before they fry anything else that can cause cross contamination. The dish I ordered, shrimp fra Diablo, is naturally GF and while it usually comes with bread they gave me corn tortillas instead.

Very accommodating staff for those with gluten-free needs. GF nacho chips from a dedicated fryer are available, and many menu items can be modified.
