Yummy Mexican restaurant. They take celiac and food allergies seriously. The chips are fried separately - they don’t have a separate fryolater but they fry the GF chips first and save them for customers who need them before they fry anything else that can cause cross contamination. The dish I ordered, shrimp fra Diablo, is naturally GF and while it usually comes with bread they gave me corn tortillas instead.
