I eat lunch here regularly. Some of my favorites are the rice bowls, black bean soup, avocado fries and various pastas. James, the owner and chef is terrific and very knowledgeable. Ask him for some home grown and made hot sauce. He will also do special items like cakes and breads with notice. I know there are negative reviews of him but he has always been friendly and helpful to me. Everyone has a bad day once in a while.
