Review of Cafe Cusco

This restaurant offers amazing gluten-free dishes. Joe and Claire and their staff have a great understanding of celiac disease and how important it is for those with celiac to avoid gluten. I have eaten at Cafe Cusco at least a dozen times and have never had any issues. The food is always fresh and delicious, the atmosphere is cozy, and the wait staff is warm and friendly. I love the Black Olive Trout, the Cebiche Tacos, the Arroz con Pollo, the Tamal, the Fritas La Huancaina ... well, everything I've ever tried. It's wonderful to have a place where I can order nearly anything on the menu and never have to worry about spending the night in the bathroom!
