My husband is celiac and we thought it would be safe to eat the options that have gluten free bread. However, we were told by the staff that there is cross contamination and he would not be able to eat it. So what is the point of having this option if it is not safe? They made him a custom order, which consisted of an omelet with avocado and bacon + salad, but no bread. It looked tasty, but I'm disappointed that the place is not celiac friendly as it claims. We're possibly not coming back.

They informed me of cross-contact on all their menu options and the only option available was an omelet. The omelet was tasty, but this wasn't what I was expecting, especially considering how well evaluated they are in this app.

To be able to walk into a restaurant and eat French toast that was actually delicious was a real treat. The breakfast sausage is more like a chorizo though, which I do wish the server had mentioned, but the food in general was great. The staff seemed knowledgeable of GF and cross contamination concerns.

This place is very knowledgeable and communicative about gluten/allergens, but the small kitchen limits what they can make gf safely. The omelets are safe, they just use gf bread instead of the crepe, which is okay. French toast is not generally safe; they can clean the surface but they do not recommend it for celiac’s - BUT if you go right when they open, they won’t have put anything glutenous on the grill yet so they can make it safely (I have eaten it then).

A lovely experience!!! :-) The servers were so attentive and genuine, wonderful flavors with everything we had to eat, and a shabby-chic, clean aesthetic … the GF toasts were quite good. I would go back again and again.

Not great with allergies: I am gluten free and nut free. Despite having "gluten free" french toast on the menu, my server told me that the kitchen could not even attempt to make french toast without cross contamination if I had celiac.

Apparently the grill is shared and she said they wouldn't be able to clean it off? I haven't had this happen to me before in a long time. Kitchens usually can at least attempt to accommodate allergies even if there is still a slight risk of cross contamination (which I would have been totally fine with).

I'm glad she told me that the kitchen couldn't make it gluten free because it was better to find out then rather than get sick later. Almost everything was cooked on the grill so basically the only option for me was a salad :( .

My party's food took a while to come out. The food was decent overall, but two people I was with ordered a side sausage and were only given 3 individual sausage coins for $3. When we complained about it, they seemed annoyed and rather than taking it off the bill they provided 3 additional sausage coins to split between two girls. At least it provided for a pretty comical moment I suppose.

Overall, I am giving a two star review because of the extremely poor attention to allergies. For many of us, celiac isn't a fad diet. It really sucks when a menu misleads us to believe that there will be options for us when there won't be. If you are going to put the "gluten free" label on the menu you should do your very best to ensure that you mean it.

Amazing gluten free bread options. I ate here twice and the server assured me that the kitchen had taken extra precautions to avoid any cross contact issues
