Review of Cafe Pasqual's

Come for the ambiance/decor; beautifully decorated, funky little place, located in the heart of downtown. Server seemed knowledgeable and caring though a bit overwhelmed with the busyness of the place. Pricey but worth it; everything we had was excellent. I had the mole enchiladas with tofu, and was pleased that tofu was an option (I am mostly vegetarian). The food all felt very healthy & fresh. Beware of long wait times; make reservations far in advance. Bustling/upbeat feel, if not a bit cramped.
