I have Celiac and dairy, oat and soy intolerances and am continually impressed by their offerings. Their cupcakes have great consistency for gf baking (they are a bit dense, but not dry), and their icing is a lovely texture and not obnoxiously sweet.
If you have any questions about ingredients the staff has a binder full of the recipe for each product stored directly under the cash register. This place is a lifeline.
