Review of Calaveras Cantina

We had an amazing waitress. She told us that while the chips are in a shared fryer, they make them at the beginning of the day and clean the fryer every night so they should be safe. They have corn tortillas and all the meat other than the carne asada is gf. Overall, great experience and will definitely be coming back!
