We had an amazing waitress. She told us that while the chips are in a shared fryer, they make them at the beginning of the day and clean the fryer every night so they should be safe. They have corn tortillas and all the meat other than the carne asada is gf. Overall, great experience and will definitely be coming back!

If you go for taco Tuesday, ask the server to ask THE COOKS, not the manager, what is and isn’t gluten free.
The managers will say that you just need a corn tortilla to make the tacos GF. The cooks will say otherwise.

Recently gluten free due to a sensitivity and intolerance for the last 3 or so months. The chips are labeled as gluten free. I eat out semifrequently and this was my only severe reaction that lasted up to a week. Disappointing that clearly labeled GF items seemed to cause such a flare up :(

No dedicated fryer, waiter seemed helpful but I got really sick a few bites in. The kitchen is super tiny so it was hard to believe they were able to separate it out well enough with all the mixing and matching, there were also a bunch of different people who grabbed my plate at different times. So- gluten free options yes, but Celiac friendly probably not.
No
Bring your owns chips as they do not have a dedicated fryer. Seems to be hit or miss as far as knowledgeable servers.
Tortilla chips not safe they use a shared fryer. Other than that they were super accommodating and knowledgeable. Loved it. Margaritas for lunch don’t hurt either.
Many options listed GF on the menu. They do have a dedicated fryer for their tortilla chips. When I placed my order I told them to notate gluten allergy even though I ordered all GF items and the server let me know that though the item is GF, it is fried in oil that other items are cooked in. I really appreciate the knowledge from the staff!
