Review of Calaveras Cantina

Many options listed GF on the menu. They do have a dedicated fryer for their tortilla chips. When I placed my order I told them to notate gluten allergy even though I ordered all GF items and the server let me know that though the item is GF, it is fried in oil that other items are cooked in. I really appreciate the knowledge from the staff!
