Menu has multiple items marked for gluten free and manager was great but burger was brought out with fries on plate when ordered no side because the fries are not safe. Manager stated cooks were from Jamaica and there’s seems to be miscommunication about cross contamination. She went to back and followed the food through the process to make sure it was safe.

Many gluten free items marked on the menu. Staff was helpful as I had many questions about cross contamination. I ordered a BBQ chicken sandwich and baked potato, along with the baked apples, which were very yummy!

DO NOT TRUST THE GLUTEN FREE MARKERS ON THE MENU!!!! After inquiring about several of the items marked “gluten free”, it became clear that they are definitely NOT celiac-safe (potato skins, fries, etc. are dunked in the same fryer as breaded “gluten” items, the dressing on the Caesar salad wasn’t able to be conformed gluten free, etc). The biggest red flags to me are that unless you specify not to, they will toast your gluten free bun in the same toaster as the regular buns, and they couldn’t confirm that their signature barbecue sauce that’s on most of their meats is actually gluten free (it contains Worcester sauce as an ingredient). All of these items are labeled as gluten free on their menu. After further investigating the barbecue sauce, I canceled my order for the pulled pork sandwich and got a side salad with vinegar & oil. Due to the exchanges I had with the server and the various miscommunications about the menu, I was terrified the entire time I was eating, although thankfully I did not get sick. The risk wasn’t worth the convenience of eating with the rest of my group. I won’t be returning.

Nice place to eat. I had Smoked Wings, Ribs and Fries(designated fryer). Food was good and the waitress seemed knowledgeable about GF. They offer GF buns for burgers

Food was good. I ordered the cheese burger on a GF bun, burger was very good but bun was a bit fragile and was kinda falling apart halfway through eating it. I got a loaded baked potato on the side, was great!

During a GLOBAL PANDEMIC there were at least four cooks in the kitchen with no masks on at all. We had to wait outside fifteen minutes for an almost empty restaurant and then they seated a couple directly behind us (about three feet away). I've enjoyed some other locations but if I can't trust the people making the food to keep me safe it's not worth it.
GF menu is good sized but confusing. My husband has celiac and a burger was listed as gluten free but after we ordered, our waiter brought us an allergy sheet and on the sheet my husband burger said order with GF bun, remove cheese and butter. If that is how it is GF why isn't that how it's listed on the menu? On the menu it just stated substitute bun. It was too late when we caught this and my husband got sick. Be careful if you eat here and ask for the allergy menu not just the GF.

Staff is not trained. Items on their menu are marked gluten free even though they are cooked in a shared fryer with gluten items. This restaurant is not safe for someone with celiac disease.
No
Their GF options were great. Love their fries. We had wonderful service, and the manager reviewed the entire menu with me and offered suggestions. The manager also spoke directly to the kitchen about my food and delivered it to the table herself. Highly recommend! Their GF bun wasn’t the best, but everything else made up for it.
Yes
I truly enjoyed the Gluten Free buns!! My friend tried some as well and fully agreed.
The staff was very unaware of gluten sensitive or celiacs. They had very limited options. Do not recommend. In same complex, go to Smokey Mountain Brewery. Several options, burgers with buns, pizza and I had philly steak with cheese. Delicious!

There are some gf meals. I eat salmon and rice. Excellent!
Very limited choices
good food. our waitress was great knows what she was talking about
Spent a week in the Pigeon Forge area and used this app to help me find places to eat. Calhouns was worst meal I had during the trip. Limited GF options, staff seemed clueless, and I got the smallest, dryest, and possible the most expensive piece of grilled chicken ever.
nice gluten free menu but still no ribs. .. jag a lovely plain filet mignon. .. mashed and cinnamon apples. .. Not fabulous but good. could have had ice cream for desert
Yes

I’ve eaten here twice and did not get any gluten. GF items are very limited, but if your party wants to go to Calhoun’s you will be able to eat.
The food here was awesome! Gluten free items are clearly marked and I didn't have to explain my allergy to the waitstaff at all. Our items that we specified as gluten free came out with a wooden allergy marker. Overall amazing dining experience and highly recommend visiting!!
