Review of California Pizza Kitchen

The service is amazing. They explained how their gluten

free pizzas are covered and cooked in a separate space.

The margarita pizza was delicious. It was effortless, quick

and easy. This was a Las Vegas

location near the strip in the "Town Square" shopping

center.

This is an update 8 days later. I am very sick from the pizza.

Take into account that I am a very sensitive Celiac. I forgot

how awful it feels to have a major glutening.

Now it is 13 days later. I have been on meds for 2 days to help with symptoms. Update: 24 days later and am still recovering. I am on 3 meds that are helping finally. The ingredients are said by GIG to be safe to under 5ppm, my body disagrees.
