Ordered a GF pizza through Uber eats, but since I couldn’t leave a note that I had celiac, I called to confirm that the order would be taken with care, and the manager on the phone assured me it would be, they wrote allergy on the order and it had a GF sticker on the box.
Great service and delish pizza!
The gluten free caulifower crust pizza was delicious. I think they know what they are doing because server asked if it was an allergy or a preference. Then she came back because I had ordered a Hawaiian pizza. She told me that the toppings on the Hawaiian were not available in the dedicated gluten free area and asked if that was okay (meaning risk of cross contamination), or did I want to order different toppings. I chose safe toppings.
Brilliant place kids wolfed the food down. We ordered wedge salad, margarita pizza and grilled shrimp and chicken. No one was ill and service was very good. Highly recommend.
I didn't see how it was cooked but they were happy to take the order and it was delicious!
Fantastic experience for dinner. Jordan, our server, was training Keila and they both were wonderful. They were very knowledgeable about what we could and couldn’t have and what was going to be considered certified gluten free (a couple pizza options). The menu lists gluten free options options and has a separate icon for the items with a separate prep area/ingredients. The food was fantastic and my daughter and I experienced no reactions. I think they were short staffed (unable to seat people outside) and they still took the time to make sure we were safe.
I was surprised they had protocols for their pizza as the one near home did not prior to it closing. I got a pepperoni sausage mushroom pizza and it was super yummy and I did not get sick. The crust was thin but tasty. It didn’t look great but tasted great and I didn’t get sick.
They had me speak with a manager right away when I told them I was had a “gluten allergy” (the server didn’t know what Celiac is but the manager did). They assured me they prep in a separate area and take it very serious. Their pizzas are certified GF! The pizza was actually quite good. Thin crust of course but it didn’t taste like cardboard.
They have 5 pizzas that are Certified Gluten free by the GiG and are made in a seperate space for those like my daughter who have celiac. They also have gf cauliflower crust and other varieties of pizza that are gluten free for those like me who are just intolerant. I cannot eat red sauce either, so I had the waiter help me choose something and I had the Garlic Chicken pizza on the cauliflower crust with pesto sauce. It was fantastic. My celiac daughter had the Certified gf pepperoni, and it was really good, although a bit spicy for her. My son had a "normal" pizza and said it was the best pizza he had ever had. Glad we found something to please all of us.
A few years ago I got sick at CPK and hadn't been back since. I heard that they had done a lot of gf training and changes so decided to try them again. I was pleasantly surprised. They now have a separate kitchen space and are very careful with cross-contamination. I've eaten there several times now with no ill side effects. I would highly recommend trying out their gf pizza!
They have 4 pizza options that are certified GF. They were very accommodating with my celiac
They have gluten free labeled on their menu. Specifically for their pizzas they have 5 “validated gluten free” options. These 5 are prepared in a separate area of the kitchen and brought out by a manager and flagged gluten free. The 5 gluten free pizzas are cheese, pepperoni, margherita, mushroom/sausage/pepperoni, and BBQ chicken. The crust is thin and mostly crispy like many other gluten free crusts. Pizza was hot out of the oven.
