My wife has celiac disease, and we have eaten at this California Pizza kitchen twice now. The gluten free menu wasn’t very big I think it had four or five pizza’s on it. We was very impressed about how seriously they take the gluten free order. The manager brought my wife’s food to the table and explained exactly how it was prepared in the kitchen. This CPK in Tempe marketplace is a great place for those who has celiac disease.
Yes
Not sure if is safe for celiacs but of the few options none were great options for kids.
Very friendly. Never have gotten sick here. Love the pizza.
they do not have gf pizza....
Normally I would not eat here, but I was desperate. I have eaten the brand’s frozen cauliflower crusts at home before without issue.
I ordered online and specified I had celiac - gluten issue. Got the sausage mushroom pepperoni cauliflower crust pizza before a flight that was leaving soon. Did not get sick! Nothing is labeled on the menu, I went solely based on knowledge from the frozen pizzas and it worked out.

They have cauliflower crust for pizzas. Can’t confirm if they took precautions to cook in separate oven, or if other ingredients are GF as well.

It seems as though their kitchen has started slipping. I was gluttened last night after going to this location for over two years. My meal came out for the first time without a gluten free marker. Be very careful!

Ordered the mushroom, pepperoni and sausage pizza twice. I told the kitchen i was celiac, they informed me that the GF pizza is prepared ahead of time and kept in a separate fridge. The pizzas stay on the tinfoil when put into the oven (shared with gluten pizzas). However, the second time I went, they didnt change the gloves, and started using them to add pepperoni to my pizza. I saw and asked if they were new gloves and they said no- and made me a new pizza. I would be careful when dining here because it does not seem to be consistent

Went here tonight and the chicken pizza was the best I have had since Coeliacs disease 5 years ago. Thin crispy base, yum. Waiter was knowledgeable and pizza came out with a gf flag on it. Wish I had a place like this in Australia.
