Review of Cal's Bakery & Cafe

Not Gluten Free. They make gluten items in the kitchen and I ate a loaf that was supposed to be gluten free, but it had gluten via cross contamination. Needless to say I was very unwell. Gluten contamination was verified by testing and a specialist and I had not eaten out anywhere else for weeks.

I am responding to your claim that we make products that contain "gluten". This is false, as we are a dedicated 100%, celiac safe facility. There would be "no" cross contamination as we are 100% gluten free and celiac safe.
