Review of Campo's Philly Cheesesteaks

Amazingly delicious. I called ahead to ask if they prevented cross contamination (as I'm Celiac). Mike assured me it would be no problem and even called me back 5 minutes later to let me know they were out of GF buns but would have some back in at 4pm. When I arrived, Mike wasn't there and the staff was not aware of how to cook to avoid a gluten allergy. In fact, one of the cooks got REALLY angry. He cashier understood and was correcting him and he got very angry. The only thing that saved me was saying the Mike said it was doable. I watched them prepare it and I don't expect a problem (they cleaned the grill for me!!)
