Our server was somewhat familiar with Celiacs. I asked about the shared fryer: plantains, tortilla chips, chimichangas etc are fried in the same oil. We ordered the vegetarian enchiladas. We did not have tortilla chips due to possible cross contamination. Was disappointed to find that the enchiladas were served with tortilla strips- this wasn’t noted in description and server didn’t mention to take them off. We also ordered the Perfect Margarita. We had 3 Celiacs and none of us had any issues.
