I absolutely LOVE this place!! Gluten free items are clearly marked on the menu and the staff is very aware of the options that they have. The chips are in a separate fryer so they are celiac safe! They can do most of the tacos on a corn tortilla. BEST GLUTEN FREE MEXICAN IN CHARLESTON!!

My husband and I had great meals. As a celiac, I felt very safe in this restaurant. We both were impressed with the knowledgeable server and the gracious host. We had guacamole and white cheese with freshly made tortilla chips. I had refried bean enchiladas with salsa verde. Delish! We do not live in the area, but will definitely return. Thank you.

My daughter with celiacs got the ground beef nachos. We were also able to share the chips and salsa. The menu has gf items marked. There are a lot of options. I had a chicken enchilada with queso sauce and it was delicious. We alerted our waiter that my daughter has celiacs and he alerted the kitchen staff to change gloves and take precautions. She really enjoyed her meal and did not get sick. We were eating with a large group and everyone enjoyed their meal. We would definitely eat here again.

Great trip to Cantina 76 as a celiac! This has always been one of my favorite restaurants prior to my diagnosis and while I was a bit nervous to go with my allergy restrictions, it was very pleasantly surprising!

Chips are corn chips so chips with any dipping sauce are gluten free. Queso is gluten free so highly recommend chips & queso, it has always been my favorite! Tacos that can be cooked gluten free and clearly labeled on the menu and use a soft corn tortilla as opposed to a flour tortilla. Everything was PHENOMENAL! Thank you, Cantina, for remaining my favorite restaurant while also meeting my celiac needs!
