New Bakery, Prêt-à-manger entirely without gluten ! Pizza, quiche, sandwiches, fresh pasta and raviolis, muffins, cookies and organic wines and ciders When I went there, they had 6 different breads. No way you could guess they were without gluten: elasticity and alveols and nutritive flours I had never tasted in bread before. Highly recommended!
