Review of Capo Restaurant & Supper Club

Just something I learned from them before going- they do use gluten-removed wheat starch. While that is gluten free, often people who are unable to eat wheat assume something listed gluten free is also wheat free. This is not the case here. I’m unsure if every item that is GF contains the wheat still. ((rating it as 5 stars as GF people who can have wheat love this establishment!))
